Job summary

Brighton Resort is seeking an IT Specialist to support our technology infrastructure and ensure smooth operations for employees and guests. This hands-on role covers desktop and network support, system administration, and maintenance of IT and communications across mountain and base areas.

The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in an active mountain environment, with experience in Windows environments and basic networking.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office required.
Knowledge of CAT5 cabling and basic wiring standards a plus.
Ability to use basic hand tools is required.
Strong problem solving and customer service skills essential.
Ski industry IT experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide desktop PC support to Brighton Resort employees and guests.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Assist with administering and maintaining production servers and enterprise applications.
Install and replace network devices (switches, wireless APs, bridges, printers, phones).
Maintain indoor/outdoor network cabling; repair/terminate wiring as needed.
Maintain stock of consumables; may take on additional tasks.
