Vail Resorts in Breckenridge, Colorado, seeks a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager – Front of House. This full-time role supports daily restaurant operations, supervises staff, and partners with the General Manager on training and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Excellent MS Office skills and leadership abilities
• Ability to lift and carry 40+ lbs; strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capabilities

Responsibilities

• Prepares management reports covering revenue accounting, tip disbursements and scheduling
• Ensures guest service standards; maintains a welcoming, courteous environment
• Drives sales, service quality, cleanliness and staff training to meet objectives
• Schedules staff based on forecast and labor cost targets
• Manages inventory and ordering of restaurant kitchen products
• Oversees kitchen personnel and coordinates food production
• Trains team on recipes and executes menus with Central Support Team
