Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience as General Manager or equivalent in large hotel operations.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and business management.
• Excellent decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operation, profitability, guest service, product quality and cleanliness.
• Lead executive committee and department heads to achieve budgeted targets.
• Develop annual operating and marketing plans and ensure adherence.
• Monitor weekly/monthly financials and take corrective actions.
