Qualifications

• Must have strong cooking techniques and mastery of a variety of kitchen equipment.
• Excellent knife skills and ability to produce from-scratch products.
• Management experience required: supervise all stations and lead kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitchen operations and assist the Director of Culinary.
• Plan menus with Director of Culinary and develop recipes.
• Oversee food prep, portion control, and quality; manage inventory and costs.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation procedures are followed.
