Job summary

The Young Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Property Custodian Team Member to join our Mountain Creek Lodge training facility in Morgan, Utah. You will help keep the property clean, organized, safe, and welcoming for employees, guests, and visitors.

We value a dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys maintaining a well-kept environment and contributing to a family-owned, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities (restrooms, common areas, outdoor spaces).
• General housekeeping of Training Facility Cabin while tenants are renting cabins (changing sheets, emptying garbage, etc.).
• Conduct regular inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Assist in setup and breakdown for events, ensuring spaces are tidy and well-maintained.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
• Uphold safety standards and protocols while performing custodial duties.

In this role, you will play an important part in keeping the property clean, organized, safe, and welcoming for employees, guests, and visitors.
