Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to join our Cedar Breaks resort team in Brian Head, UT. This full-time role focuses on maintaining guestrooms and public spaces to ensure a well-maintained property. Candidates should have basic skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical work, and be customer-service oriented.

Qualifications

• 0-6 months previous experience.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders up to 40 feet.

• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical repairs.

Job details:

Full-time- Schedule: Variable , including weekends and holidays.

What Will I be doing?

• Inspect guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to repair.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical experience are used frequently on the job.
• Climb ladders up to 30 feet high and reach in all directions, often overhead.
• Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
• May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.

What are we looking for?

• 0-6 months previous experience.
• Valid Driver's license required
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and perform grasping, stooping, and overheard reaching with or without accommodations.
• Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to communicate in English
