Job summary

Crazy Mountain Ranch is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and repair of buildings, systems, equipment, fleet, and grounds. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance to maximize uptime and rapid response to critical issues to minimize guest and staff impact.

Reporting to the Director of Facilities, you'll perform tasks across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and fleet while using CMMS to manage work orders and asset tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CDL or ability to obtain Commercial Driver’s License.
• Proficiency with CMMS and basic software tools will aid scheduling and asset tracking.

Responsibilities

• Repair systems for carpentry, lighting, heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, fleet, and related maintenance activities.
• Operate CMMS to schedule work orders, preventative maintenance, and asset tracking.
• Evaluate buildings, assets, equipment, and processes for improvements.
• Maintain a culture of legendary service and hospitality across the team.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Facilities, the Maintenance Technician at Crazy Mountain Ranch is responsible to assist in the maintenance and repair of the buildings, systems, equipment, fleet, activity sites, rooms, residences, and grounds of the entire facility. Focus on preventative maintenance to ensure uptime and be able to respond to critical issues to minimize guest and/or staff impact.

Job Duties:

• Repair of systems for carpentry, lighting, heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, fleet, and other related maintenance activities
• Daily operation of Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for schedule, work order, preventative maintenance, and asset tracking
• Evaluate physical buildings, assets, equipment, and processes
• Foster a positive work environment
• Maintain a culture of legendary service and hospitality among all team members and clients

Competencies:

• Craft or Trade School preferred
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience
• Ability to operate company vehicles and equipment
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Must be able to complete work assignments and projects within designated timeframes
• High attention to detail

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently inspect the project and may be exposed to ongoing construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud. This position is performed in outside weather conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk and stand for; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. The position requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must also occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds or more.
