Job summary

Park City Lodging in Park City, UT, seeks a detail-oriented maintenance associate to manage daily upkeep and presentation of managed properties and homeowner associations. You will work hands-on to ensure guest and owner experiences meet our high standards in a hospitality-driven environment.

The role requires basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall skills, along with reliability, teamwork, and weekend/holiday availability. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Basic experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Ability to identify maintenance needs and report them to supervisor.
• Professional, courteous, and guest-focused attitude at all times.
• Ability to perform routine property tasks including trash pickup and snow/ice removal.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on, frontline role focused on the daily maintenance and overall presentation of our managed properties and homeowner associations. We’re looking for a detail-oriented team member who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to a high-quality guest and owner experience.
