Limelight Hotels is seeking a Concierge in Mammoth Lakes, CA. You will welcome and register guests, provide expert knowledge of the property and local activities, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year concierge or customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and local knowledge of the area will help deliver guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and book activities for guest’s ability/skill level and interest.
• Check guests in or out of hotel in accordance with procedures.
• Record any guest complaints or problems and notify appropriate staff.
• Maintain front desk and bell closet organization and supplies.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs daily.
• Handle cash banks and daily settlements as directed.
• Follow all Concierge Department and Aspen One policies; assist in emergencies.
• Complete tasks as assigned by management and support other departments as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.
