Job summary

Quanex in Foreston, Minnesota is seeking a Moulder Operator – 2nd Shift to join our manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, and inspect moulders to ensure high-quality components. Starting pay is $22.96-$28.56 per hour with a 12% shift differential and a $1,000 new hire bonus upon joining.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., with potential overtime. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, tuition assistance, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to read prints and measuring instruments.
• Capable of detailed and accurate work.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality.

Quanex is looking for a Moulder Operator – 2nd Shift to join our team located in Foreston, Minnesota.

If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality results, this role offers the opportunity to build your skills on a variety of specialized equipment. As a Moulder Operator, you'll set up, operate, and inspect moulders, helping ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Salary: $22.96-$28.56 per hour (rate includes 12% shift differential), starting wage varies based on your experience

New Hire Bonus: $1,000, payout increments at 30-days, 60-days and 6-months of employment!

Work Hours: Monday – Thursday 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Work Hours if overtime is required: Monday – Thursday 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., potential Friday hours
