Job summary

Quanex is seeking a Moulder Operator for the 2nd shift in St. Cloud, Minnesota. You will set up, operate, and inspect moulders to ensure top quality while contributing to a safety-focused, team-driven environment.

Starting wage is $23.00 to $34.50 per hour with a 15% shift differential; new hire bonus of $1,000 is paid in milestones. Work hours: 4:30pm–2:00am Monday–Thursday, with overtime options and potential Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ months of related machine operating experience is preferred.
• Ability to read prints and measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform detailed work with high concentration.
• Bring a positive attitude and team-oriented mentality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and verify work on the assigned moulder machine.
• Monitor product to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines.

Quanexis looking for a Moulder Operator – 2 nd Shift to join our team located inSt. Cloud, Minnesota.

If you enjoy hands‑on work and take pride in producing quality results, this role offers the opportunity to build your skills on a variety of specialized equipment. As a Moulder Operator, you’ll set up, operate, and inspect moulders, helping ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Salary: $23.00-$34.50 per hour (rate includes 15% shift differential), starting wage varies based on your experience

New Hire Bonus: $1,000, payout increments at 30-days, 60-days and 6-months of employment!

Work Hours: Monday – Thursday 4:30pm – 2:00am, Friday 2:30pm – 6:30pm

Work Hours if overtime is required: Monday – Thursday 4:30pm – 4:00am, Friday 2:30pm – 11:00pm, potential Saturdays
