Quanex is hiring a Skilled Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in St. Cloud, Minnesota. You will set up, operate, and inspect a variety of equipment, including moulders, copes, beam saws, CNC devices, and tenoners, ensuring top quality craftsmanship.

You’ll grow by mastering more equipment, meeting production goals, and training others. The role offers a competitive hourly wage with a 15% shift differential and strong benefits from the start.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education required.
• 6 months+ of related machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to read prints and measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform detailed work requiring high concentration.

Quanexis looking for a Skilled Machine Operator – 2 nd Shift to join our team located inSt. Cloud, Minnesota.

If you enjoy hands‑on work and take pride in producing quality results, this role offers the opportunity to build your skills on a variety of specialized equipment. As a Skilled Machine Operator, you'll set up, operate, and inspect machines such as moulders, copes, beam saws, Onsrud machines, CNC equipment, and tenoners, helping ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Your growth matters here. As you become proficient on additional equipment, consistently achieve production goals, and share your expertise by training others, you'll have opportunities to advance and take on greater responsibility within the team.

Salary: $23.00-$34.50 per hour (rate includes 15% shift differential), starting wage varies based on your experience

New Hire Bonus: $1,000, payout increments at 30-days, 60-days and 6-months of employment!

Work Hours: Monday – Thursday 4:30pm – 2:00am, Friday 2:30pm – 6:30pm

Work Hours if overtime is required: Monday – Thursday 4:30pm – 4:00am, Friday 2:30pm – 11:00pm, potential Saturdays
