Job summary

Quanex is seeking a Moulder Operator on 2nd shift in Foreston, Minnesota. You will set up, operate, and inspect moulders, ensuring products meet stringent quality standards while collaborating with the team.

The role offers growth opportunities as you master additional equipment, contribute to achieving production goals, and train others, with a starting wage of $22.96–$28.56 per hour (includes 12% shift differential) and a $1,000 new hire bonus.

Qualifications

Quanex is looking for a Moulder Operator – 2nd Shift to join our team located in Foreston, Minnesota.

If you enjoy hands‑on work and take pride in producing quality results, this role offers the opportunity to build your skills on a variety of specialized equipment. As a Moulder Operator, you'll set up, operate, and inspect moulders, helping ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Salary: $22.96–$28.56 per hour (rate includes 12% shift differential), starting wage varies based on your experience.

New Hire Bonus: $1,000, payout increments at 30‑days, 60‑days and 6‑months of employment.

Work Hours: Monday – Thursday 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Work Hours if overtime is required: Monday – Thursday 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., potential Friday hours.
