Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc (BHN) in Western Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide evidence-based counseling and case management for individuals receiving medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD). Working with physicians, nurses, recovery coaches, and other clinicians, you will help develop individualized treatment plans that promote long-term recovery and wellness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Massachusetts LICSW/LMHC/LADC I license or actively pursuing licensure is required or license-eligible.
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed, person-centered and recovery-oriented care.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience in OTP/MOUD or related treatment setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices.
• Complete clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed.
• Coordinate care with medical providers, nursing staff, recovery coaches, and community partners.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
• Educate individuals and families on addiction, recovery, relapse prevention, and resources.
• Maintain compliance with confidentiality and organizational standards.

Education

Master's degree in Social Work / Mental Health Counseling / Psychology / Marriage and Family Therapy or related field

Massachusetts LICSW/LMHC/LADC I license or license-eligible
