Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc (BHN) in Western Massachusetts is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide evidence-based counseling and case management for individuals on MOUD. Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and recovery coaches, you will shape treatment plans that promote long-term recovery and wellness.

The role requires a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and active Massachusetts licensure or license-eligibility, with bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with medical providers, nursing staff, recovery coaches, and community partners to coordinate care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and utilization reviews.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
• Educate individuals and families on addiction, recovery, relapse prevention, and community resources.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards, including confidentiality requirements.
