Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. in Western Massachusetts seeks a Licensed Clinician to deliver evidence-based counseling and case management for MOUD clients, collaborating with physicians, nurses, recovery coaches, and other professionals to advance recovery.

Requires a master's degree in a behavioral health field, MA licensure or license-eligible, and experience in addiction services; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. BHN has HEART values and provides strong support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related behavioral health field.
• Massachusetts licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LADC I) or license-eligible.
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with medical providers, nursing staff, recovery coaches, and community partners to coordinate care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and utilization reviews.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
• Educate individuals and families on addiction, recovery, relapse prevention, and community resources.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards, including confidentiality requirements.
