Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Clinician to deliver evidence-based counseling and case management for MOUD patients across Western Massachusetts.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, recovery coaches, and other clinicians to develop individualized treatment plans that promote long‑term recovery and wellness. The role requires a Master’s degree and MA licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LADC I) or license-eligible, with preference for behavioral health/treatment experience and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field; MA licensure or license-eligible.
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed, person-centered, recovery-oriented care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed.
• Coordinate care with medical providers, nursing staff, recovery coaches, and partners.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case conferences, and utilization reviews.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
• Educate individuals and families on addiction, recovery, relapse prevention, and local resources.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state standards and confidentiality requirements.
