Ideal candidates have 5+ years as powersports technicians, strong diagnostic skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and diagnostic software. Will travel to support dealers and customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years as powersports technician with formal service training.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Resolves product and service issues by identifying root causes and coordinating repairs.
• Provides diagnostic support to dealers via phone, email, and dealer portal for Motorsports and related products.
• Collaborates with Service, Parts, Sales, and other departments to make equitable support decisions.
• Reviews warranty authorizations and claims while adhering to company policies and fiscal responsibility.
• Maintains accurate customer and dealer records in applicable systems.
