Familiarity with DMV rules and requirements.
Knowledge of loan origination functions mandatory.
Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of customers as well as employees.
Must successfully complete a background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Process all new and used motorcycle registrations for titling in the correct state.
Prepare tax and title documents.
Submit all legal transfer work to the DMV or receiving dealership.
Check applications for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles.
Process payments to titling agencies.
Process duplicate title requests as needed.
Make lien payoffs.
Post motorcycle deals.
Post F&I products sold.
Process end-of-month payments.
Record and maintain inventory in Light Speed System.
Other tasks as assigned.
