Job summary

Oasis Outdoors is seeking an experienced Title and License Clerk to join our team, supporting our growing Oasis Outdoors brand. You’ll ensure every title, registration, and lien is processed accurately and on time.

This role requires previous title clerk experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced powersports dealership environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process title, registration, and lien paperwork for new and used unit sales.
• Submit work to DMV/MVD within required timeframes.
• Track out‑of‑state titles and lien releases.
• Maintain organized records of titles, tags, and registrations.
• Communicate with customers about title status and questions.
• Coordinate with F&I, sales, and accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare deal jackets in compliance with policy and regulations.
• Handle title-related sales tax documentation.
• Stay current on titling requirements across states.

Oasis Outdoors s looking for an experienced Title and License Clerk to join our team, supporting our growing Oasis Outdoors brand. This role is essential to keeping our sales and finance operations running smoothly — you'll be the one making sure every title, registration, and lien is processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit title, registration, and lien paperwork for new and used unit sales (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, side‑by‑sides, personal watercraft, RVs, trailers, etc.)
• Ensure all title work is accurate, complete, and submitted to the appropriate state DMV/MVD within required timeframes
• Track and follow up on out-of-state titles, lien releases, and any outstanding or delayed paperwork
• Maintain organized, accurate records of titles, tags, and registration documents for all locations
• Communicate directly with customers regarding title status, plates, and registration questions
• Partner with F\&I managers, sales staff, and accounting to resolve title discrepancies quickly
• Prepare and maintain deal jackets in compliance with dealership policy and state/federal regulations
• Handle title-related sales tax documentation
• Stay current on titling and registration requirements across all states we do business in

Qualifications

• Previous title clerk experience required; powersports, motorcycle, automotive, or marine dealership experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of DMV/state title and registration procedures
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills — this role requires precision
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deal files at once in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with a dealership management system (DMS) such as CDK, Lightspeed, DX1, or similar is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
