The candidate should have a high school diploma, CDK familiarity, and knowledge of title work and loan origination. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential, with background and drug screening required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Title work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with DMV rules and requirements.
• Knowledge of loan origination functions.
• Knowledge of state tax codes.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Process registration and titling documents for vehicles.
• Prepare tax and title documents.
• Submit legal transfer work to DMV or from the dealership.
• Verify accuracy of applications and ensure information is complete.
• Maintain system to verify out-of-state titles.
• Record and manage inventory in Dealer Management System.
• Process end of month payments and state reports.
• Other tasks as assigned.
