Job summary

The Cole Family of Harley-Davidson Dealerships in Florence, SC invites a focused Service Manager to lead the service department with a customer-first approach. This full-time role requires coordinating internal and external vehicle service, managing budgets, and driving service profitability.

You will oversee technicians, maintain quality control, and develop efficient processes in collaboration with Parts and Sales. Harley-Davidson product knowledge and a valid motorcycle license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years progressive experience within the service department of a motor vehicle dealership.
• Prefer knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson/Buell motorcycles or quickly learn them.
• Experience with point-of-sale and service management software or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, dependable, high-quality vehicle service to customers.
• Ensure service department contributes to gross profit and meets targets.
• Maximize productivity levels of service technicians.
• Ensure service staff are trained, available, and attentive.
• Review work in progress for quality and timeliness.
• Develop procedures with the Parts Manager for smooth parts flow.
