Fay Myers Motorcycle World in Colorado is seeking a Service Advisor Assistant to join our busy service department. You will work alongside experienced service advisors to ensure every rider receives a smooth, professional experience from check-in to pick-up.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, updating service status, managing repair orders in the DMS, and coordinating with technicians and parts. A passion for motorcycles and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in motorcycles, powersports, or automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational habits.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with a DMS is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver's license; motorcycle endorsement required.
• Prior customer service or dealership experience is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers at service write-up and assist with check-in for service appointments.
• Communicate service status updates to customers via phone, email, or in person.
• Open, track, and close repair orders in our dealer management system.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to keep work orders moving.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service board.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out, including mileage notes.
• Support service advisors with administrative tasks and follow-up calls.
