• Harley-Davidson experience a plus.
• Willing to undergo background check.
• Valid Motorcycle and Driver's License with M endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as established by Management.
• Greet customers and obtain customer and vehicle data.
• Schedule appointments using the appropriate systems and obtain signatures.
• Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts to customers.
• Follow up with customers on unsold repairs and changes in estimates.
