Fay Myers Motorcycle World is seeking a Service Advisor Assistant to support our busy service department in Greenwood Village, CO. You will greet customers, assist with check-in, and coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repairs moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency; experience with a DMS is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at service write-up and assist with check-in for service appointments.
• Communicate service status updates to customers via phone, email, or in person.
• Open, track, and close repair orders with accuracy in the dealer management system.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to keep work orders moving.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service board.
• Assist with vehicle check-in/out, including mileage and condition notes.
