Job summary

Fay Myers Motorcycle World in Greenwood Village, CO, is seeking a Service Advisor Assistant to greet customers, assist with check-in, and help keep the service department running smoothly.

You will coordinate with technicians and parts, communicate service progress to customers, and support service advisors with administrative tasks in a fast-paced shop built by riders for riders.

Qualifications

• Customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement.
• Basic computer skills; experience with a DMS is helpful but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work in a fast-paced team.
• Interest in motorcycles/powersports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at service write-up and assist with check-in.
• Communicate service updates via phone, email, or in person.
• Open, track, and close repair orders in the DMS.

• Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service board.
