Ferman Automotive Group is seeking a Motorcycle Sales Associate to guide guests through the Harley-Davidson sales process, from inquiry to delivery, delivering an exceptional experience and meeting dealership goals.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, guest-focused, self-motivated, and passionate about motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle. Harley-Davidson endorsement is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred.
• Harley-Davidson product knowledge preferred.
• Training provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in selecting motorcycles.
• Conduct motorcycle presentations, walkarounds, and test rides.
• Explain motorcycle features, warranties, and financing options.
• Build and maintain strong guest relationships for repeat business.
• Follow up with leads, showroom visitors, phone inquiries, and internet prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions in CRM.
• Stay current on Harley-Davidson product knowledge, promotions, and inventory.
• Work with Finance, Parts, Service, and MotorClothes to enhance guest experience.
• Achieve monthly sales and guest satisfaction goals.
• Assist with dealership events, bike nights, and community outreach.
