Qualifications

• Proven success in automotive or motorcycle sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and organized, focused on customer satisfaction.
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity.
• Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by engaging customers and tailoring motorcycle solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Harley-Davidson models, accessories, and services.
• Create a welcoming customer experience and build long-term rider relationships.
• Conduct test rides and demonstrations to showcase features.
• Assist with financing options and trade-in evaluations.
• Follow up with leads and past customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Record customer interactions and sales details per dealership procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to reach dealership goals.
