Peterson's Harley-Davidson of Miami is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute the dealership\'s marketing, promotions, and community outreach efforts.

You will manage multiple events, create promotional materials, support social media campaigns, and work with departments to maximize brand exposure while delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the development and execution of the dealership\'s overall marketing plan.
• Assist with social media content, digital marketing, email campaigns, website promotions, and other customer communications.
• Organize and promote dealership events, including open houses, motorcycle rides, community events, charity events, and other special promotions.
• Coordinate advertising and promotional materials, including digital advertisements, print materials, direct mail, signage, and other marketing collateral.
• Write, edit, and proofread promotional and informational materials.
• Maintain customer and marketing databases as needed.
• Work closely with dealership departments to identify upcoming promotions, inventory, events, and other marketing opportunities.
• Professionally promote the dealership\'s motorcycles, products, services, and events to existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, employees, vendors, community partners, and other dealership contacts.
