Qualifications

• We are seeking candidates with professional customer-facing event planning experience.
• Experience creating public-facing events from concept through execution and closeout.
• Strong event and project management, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience managing calendars, overlapping timelines, and multiple events.
• Experience curating vendors, entertainment, food, equipment, staffing, and logistics.
• Experience managing event budgets, invoices, and financial reconciliation.
• Strong vendor relationships, leadership, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability.
• Ability to anticipate problems, assess risks, and pivot quickly.

Responsabilités

• Own the annual event calendar for both dealerships, with 30-, 60-, and 90-day planning.
• Plan and execute customer-facing events from concept to completion and closeout.
• Coordinate internally with Sales, Service, Parts, Motor Clothes, F&I, and management.
• Develop staffing plans including employees, volunteers, and partners.
• Conduct pre-event meetings to align responsibilities and safety expectations.
• Own vendor relationships from sourcing to performance follow-up.
• Coordinate entertainment, food, equipment, parking, traffic, permits, and security.
• Identify community partners aligned with core values; develop contingency plans.
• Lead event-day setup, execution, breakdown, and issue resolution.
• Manage MDF documentation, budgets, and post-event reviews.
