Job summary

24/7 Motorcoach is seeking a detail-oriented Motorcoach Service Coordinator Assistant to support the Service Department's daily operations. You will write up service orders, relay information to customers, coordinate staff and vehicle movements, and ensure tasks are completed on time with high quality.

Key duties include communicating with customers in person, by phone and Email, coordinating with the parts department for inventory and orders, and assisting with deposits and final payments for

Responsibilities

• Meet and communicate with customers regarding service orders and updates.
• Prepare daily work schedules and provide technicians with service orders.
• Address questions or concerns from staff and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with parts department on inventory, ordering and returns.
• Communicate status of service orders, parts, and technician hours daily.
• Coordinate vehicle movements with storage or staging for repairs.
