Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Management or relevant field is required.
• One year experience as a retail sales manager, customer service manager, bank branch manager, or closely related position, with emphasis on personnel management, retail operations and business development or relevant experience is required.
• Valid Driver's License and a good driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily vehicle titling and registration operations for two locations.
• Supervise approximately 12 employees; ensure exemplary customer service and compliance with laws.
• Promote a high quality customer service culture through coaching and staff engagement.
• Create training programs and manage scheduling, timecards and performance appraisals.
