640 SERVICE OKLAHOMA in Oklahoma City is seeking a MV Call Center Specialist I to handle inbound calls from License Operators and the public, providing information on vehicle registration, titles, liens, renewals, replacements, and motor vehicle requirements.

You will assist customers in understanding state laws, resolve routine concerns, and support field offices by addressing processing issues, while maintaining accuracy and security in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, call center, or motor vehicle settings.
• Experience handling driver license and motor vehicle information is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to explain regulations clearly and resolve routine issues.
• Proficiency with data entry and multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from License Operators and the public.
• Provide information on vehicle registration, titles, liens, renewals, replacements, and requirements.
• Assist customers in understanding state laws, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve routine concerns and service requests professionally and timely.
• Research accounts and records to determine appropriate resolutions.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Escalate complex issues to leadership when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of current motor vehicle laws and updates.
• Assist with system navigation, transactions, and procedural questions.
• Provide guidance on title and registration requirements.
• Support field offices by addressing routine processing issues.
• Ensure compliance with statutes, policies, and security requirements.
