Job summary

State of Oklahoma's Service Oklahoma (SOK) is seeking a full-time MV/DL technician to handle title transactions, document verification, and customer inquiries at our storefront. You will process a variety of vehicle records and maintain compliance with state rules.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and federal MV laws and procedures.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and apply rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Processed MV transactions: titles, lien releases, transfers, and corrections.
• Responded to customer questions via phone, mail, or in person; provided technical guidance.
• Balanced cash daily and maintained financial records.
• Provided training and guidance to lower-level staff as needed.
• Collaborated with other divisions to resolve issues and clarify policies.
