D&J Construction Company, a highway contractor, seeks an experienced Motor Grader Operator to join our field crew. You will operate the motor grader to excavate, build, level, and grade highway surfaces to required grade.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, collaborating with team to meet deadlines, and contributing to safe, efficient project completion across NE Louisiana within 90 minutes of West Monroe.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a motor grader.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Automated grade control experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the motor grader to level and grade highway surfaces as required.
• Perform routine maintenance on the equipment.
