Job Summary

As a Motor Grader Operator, you will play a crucial role in our earthwork projects. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining motor graders to ensure the precise grading of construction sites, roads, and other surfaces. Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation: Operate motor graders with precision and expertise to grade surfaces according to project specifications and blueprints.
  • Safety: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on motor graders, including cleaning, lubricating, and reporting any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of grading work to meet project requirements and standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other construction team members, including equipment operators, laborers, and supervisors.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with project managers, supervisors, and fellow team members to ensure smooth project execution.
