Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, collaborating with team to meet deadlines, and contributing to safe, efficient project completion across NE Louisiana within 90 minutes of West Monroe.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a motor grader.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Automated grade control experience is a plus.

Experienced Motor Grader Operator

D&J Construction Company, a highway contractor, is seeking an experienced Motor Grader Operator to join our team.

As a Motor Grader Operator, you will be responsible for operating the motor grader to excavate, build, level, and grade surfaces of highway projects to desired grade.

• Operate the motor grader to level and grade surfaces of highways and street projects
• Perform routine maintenance on the equipment
• Work in collaboration with other team members to ensure project completion within deadlines

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating a Motor Grader
• Valid driver's license
• Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Automated grade control experience a plus

Additional Information and Requirements:

• Primary job locations will be across NE Louisiana within 90 minutes of West Monroe
• Work hours will depend on the seasonal workload and job timing demands
• Some Saturdays will be required
• Must have a valid email address
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Must be reliable and dependable
