Job summary

Job description

What You Will Do
  • Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion and related analog circuitry, primarily involving 3‑phase inverter design, sensor interfacing, and controller circuits.
  • Draft and design circuit cards at the board level, guiding development from requirements definition through initial integration testing.
  • Manage schedule concerns and define schedules for circuit‑level tasking.
  • Guide ECAD drafters through layout and routing activities and assist with layer stackup definition.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced STEM degree.
  • Experience with motor types such as brushed, BLDC, or PMSM is a plus.
  • Proficiency in simulation tools (MATLAB, MathCAD, Mathematica) and analog design (FETs/BJTs, op‑amps, filters, clock/data termination, comparators).
  • Hands‑on laboratory experience using oscilloscopes, DMMs, frequency generators, power supplies, and data acquisition systems.
