Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 2–5 years of engineering, manufacturing, product development, or technical project support experience.
• Experience with custom-engineered or configure-to-order products preferred.
• Experience in low-to-medium volume manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate prototype, NPI projects from order to shipment, ensuring materials and schedules are managed.
• Liaise between Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering and Applications Engineering for technical information and feedback.
• Create, revise and maintain engineering drawings, specs, configurations, and manufacturing docs.
• Support ECOs with documentation, implementation, reviews, and release monitoring.
• Maintain revision-controlled engineering records in PDM and related systems.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineering with troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspections and validation of prototype and sample products.
• Provide technical support for prototype builds, new product introductions, and production implementation.
• Participate in continuous improvement focused on quality, productivity, lead time, and process effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
