AMETEK, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Engineer to help shape motion control technology. You will design and maintain firmware for motor drives, assist in hardware development, and validate designs through tests.

A hands-on, collaborative engineer with a BA/BE in electrical or computer engineering and 0–5 years of experience will thrive in this role. Expect to work on products for pumps, gearmotors, and blowers, with occasional travel up to 10%.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
0–5 years of engineering experience.
Solid understanding of digital and analog circuit design and microcontroller interfaces.
Experience writing and modifying firmware for motor control applications.

Mansioni

Design and maintain firmware in C/C++ and Python for motor drives and interfaces.
Assist in hardware development for motor drives and test fixtures.
Analyze customer specs and propose cost-effective, feasible solutions.
Plan and execute experimental testing to validate performance.
Support manufacturing and customers with troubleshooting and launches.
Use engineering software and lab equipment to design, simulate, and test electronics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Applications Engineering.
