Job summary

Helix Linear Technologies designs and manufactures precision motion control systems and is expanding its sales team with a driven Sales Engineer. You will own a defined sales territory, partner with design engineers and procurement teams, and guide opportunities from first contact to closed order.

This is a 100% onsite role at Helix headquarters, requiring strong technical selling and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in sales engineering, applications engineering, or technical sales in motion control/industrial components preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and translate requirements into product recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage a sales territory and drive opportunities through a defined process.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined sales territory with a healthy pipeline.
• Qualify opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotes, and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering, application support, and operations to ensure feasible solutions.
• Stay current on Helix product line, capabilities, and competitive landscape.
• Follow up on quotes and opportunities to move deals toward close.
