RiseMe in Brecksville, OH is seeking a Product Engineer – Motion Control to support sales growth with technical expertise across motors, drives, actuators, sensors, and controllers. You will work on-site ~60% with customers, translate requirements into effective solutions, and collaborate with Account Managers and Engineering to deliver demonstrations, troubleshooting, training, and tailored applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
3+ years in motion control, industrial automation or related role.
Strong understanding of motion control products and automation systems.
Experience with motors, drives, actuators, sensors, motion controllers, PLCs or related tech.
Ability to translate customer requirements into effective product and system solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support approximately 60% of the time.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Engineering to develop solutions.
Support product selection, sizing, configuration, and quoting activities.
Identify opportunities to introduce new products and expand customer relationships.
Travel regularly within the assigned territory and maintain strong customer relationships.
