Qualifications

• Experience working directly with customers to develop technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel 15–20%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for customers during sales and development lifecycle.
• Evaluate applications, size motors, perform feasibility and validation activities.
• Lead cross-functional programs from concept through production launch.
• Translate requirements into specifications for engineering/manufacturing.
