PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a Designer, Motion & Brand for our SF-area team. You will lead motion-driven creative for social, ads, and campaigns while supporting static design, decks, and events. The role emphasizes AI-first thinking and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The position is based in the San Francisco area with two in-office days per week, offering a hybrid work model and opportunities to push creative boundaries across brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in-house or agency.
• Motion design skills using After Effects or similar software.
• Video editing to assemble footage for social, campaign, and events.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Adobe Creative Suite and Figma proficiency; attention to brand guidelines.
• AI-first mindset; using tools to accelerate ideation and production.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion content for social, ads, and campaigns.
• Create static digital ads, social graphics, and presentation templates.
• Collaborate with Art Director and project manager to deliver work on tight timelines.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate briefs into on-brand creative.
• Contribute to rapid ideation using AI tools to speed production.
• Manage multiple projects and shift priorities as needed.
