Job summary

Plaud Inc. in San Francisco seeks a talented designer/animator to craft visual narratives that amplify our brand across digital and real-world touchpoints. You will help shape how people perceive Plaud through iconic design and engaging motion.

Using After Effects, Premiere, and the Adobe suite, you will collaborate with product, marketing and sales to develop campaigns that drive branding, awareness and conversion. This role blends creative craft with strategic storytelling.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of design and animation experience for brands, with agency and in-house exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in design/visual communication or related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including AfterEffects and Premiere.
• Strong ability to collaborate with marketing, product and management teams.
• Ability to present and sell design thinking in fast-moving environments.
• A portfolio demonstrating iconic design and animation work.

Responsibilities

• Showcase products and brand across digital and real-world touchpoints through animation and video.
• Create high-impact marketing assets spanning website, email, social, events and digital media using AfterEffects and Premiere.
• Craft visual narratives that convey brand stories and product features with storyboard-driven concepts.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to drive branding, awareness and conversion.
• Optimize video content for different platforms ensuring engaging visuals.
• Stay ahead of design trends and explore AI-enabled workflows.
