Job summary

Pinger, a remote-first company headquartered in San Jose, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team. You will blend strong design fundamentals with hands-on AI-enabled creativity to craft static and motion assets for web, social, and paid campaigns across our suite of apps.

You'll collaborate with Growth, Social, and Marketing partners, develop reusable AI workflows, ensure accessibility and brand safety, and present work to stakeholders for iterative feedback in a

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience across brand, web, and social media.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent.
• Experience designing marketing creative for consumer-facing apps.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, WordPress, and web publishing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and motion design.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and responsible AI use.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop high-quality static and motion assets across brands' digital properties.
• Publish and update content in WordPress; support marketing site maintenance.
• Create assets for lifecycle marketing and paid campaigns.
• Develop YouTube, Meta, TikTok ads; design for multiple dimensions.
• Lead AI-driven workflows; build reusable prompts and templates.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
