Penn Medicine is seeking a Nursing Assistant for the Mother Baby Unit in West Chester. Shifts are 7:00pm–7:30am, with every third weekend and holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years acute care experience or student nurse with clinical experience.
• Previous secretarial or healthcare experience optional.

Responsabilités

• Provide age-appropriate care for the patient population served.
• Assist patients with meals and hygiene; help with baths and grooming.
• Obtain vital signs and weights; record data.
• Welcome patients and visitors; communicate with team professionally.
• Document patient care accurately and timely per policy.
• Use equipment properly and maintain unit readiness.
• Chart management and proper labeling of chart forms.
