Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transcribes physicians' orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintains patient charts and medical records per guidelines.
• Answers and places telephone calls; takes accurate messages.
• Coordinates admissions, transfers and patient movement on unit.
• Ensures supplies and forms are available; supports unit operations.
