Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) required.
• 0–1 year of training or experience in an acute care facility or hospital clinical setting.
• CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients to preserve dignity and privacy.
• Bathes patients and assists with hygiene.
• Change bed linens and assist with meals.
• Obtain vital signs and weights; document accurately.
• Welcome patients and communicate with the care team.
• Document patient care according to policy.
• Use equipment properly and maintain unit readiness.
• Chart management and transcription tasks.
• Performs procedures within protocol.
