Arrive Alive Traffic Control LLC is seeking a MOT Technician to ensure safe and efficient traffic movement in construction zones. Responsibilities include setting up lane closures, directing traffic, and adhering to FDOT standards and customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.
• Reliable transportation to/from the workplace.
• Strong work ethic, communication skills and positive attitude.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform regular physical tasks (standing, walking on sites, bending, kneeling, reaching).

Responsibilities

• Set up and dismantle lane closures and traffic control equipment.
• Direct traffic around construction sites using flagging and signaling.
• Perform routine safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Load, unload, and transport signs, cones, and barricades.
• Complete job paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with coworkers to maintain a secure and efficient work zone.
• Monitor site conditions and adjust traffic control strategies as needed.
